FUNDRAISING

When Conor started his surgeries in the USA to have his ear reconstructed, friends and family organised some fundraisers to help with the costs. These included a Sheep Steeplechase Racing joint fundraiser with the Rehab Group, table quizzes and friends taking part in the Ladies Dublin Mini Marathon.

Already, we have been delighted to help the following charities by donating money from The Conor Leigh Fund to:

Angel Eyes
Chernobyl Aid Ireland
Teach Emanuel, Athy, County Kildare

The Conor Leigh Fund has also been proud to:

Buy play equipment for the ENT outpatients waiting room at Crumlin Children's Hospital, Dublin
Donate a laptop computer, printer and software to the school that Conor attends.

We are now concentrating our fundraising efforts to open an occupational therapy and sensory integration centre for children with special needs in our area.
